Every ZF Gearbox that we work on starts with the process of taking it off the car and stripping it to the bare bones, part by part. Once all the parts are taken apart, we then do a quality check and find all the broken bits inside which could have caused the issue. Once the issue has been identified, we replace them parts and thoroughly clean it out. With every rebuild we normally change out the internal bushings and clutch packs as standard, so your Gearbox will be working like new afterwards.
